Every trip is fully customizable — if there is a specific species or type of fishing you’d like to target, just let us know when booking and we’ll be happy to discuss what’s currently biting, seasonal patterns, and whether it’s a good fit for the trip length and conditions. Because Goliath grouper are a protected species, all Goliath grouper are catch and release only. After a quick photo, each fish is carefully released to help conserve this incredible fishery for future generations.
